About the Role
● Deliver recovery activities and facilitate mental health support in indoor and outdoor spaces, for individuals and groups.
● Support people in setting and achieving personal goals, promoting independence and social inclusion.
● Co-facilitate group sessions and goal-based interventions, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
● Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and information governance requirements.
● Monitor outcomes, evaluate progress, and implement improvements as needed.
● Plan and deliver structured recovery activities.
● Encourage participation and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
● Use strengths-based approaches to support mental health recovery and personal development.
What You’ll Bring
● Positive attitude, strong work ethics, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore’s mission.
● Experience in delivering group and individual support within health, social care, or related sectors.
● Experience in working in the mental health sector.
● Knowledge on mental health and the network.
● Some knowledge on arts & crafts, gardening or woodwork.
● Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
● IT literacy and willingness to travel across Restore’s service area.
● Experience supporting people to improve their mental health is desirable.
