About the role:
Work with the leadership team to proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and income streams, including a focus on statutory contracts.
Lead on the identification, development, and submission of statutory funding applications, bids, and tenders within the social care, social inclusion, public health, and the mental health sector.
Work closely with senior leadership to shape Restore’s growth strategy and diversify statutory income streams.
Develop relationships with commissioners, statutory funders, and key stakeholders across local councils, NHS trusts, and central government across the wider geographical area.

What You’ll Bring
Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore’s mission.
Experience in contract procurement within statutory health, social care, welfare, teaching, or related sectors.
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
IT literacy, procurement portals and willingness to travel across Restore’s service area.
Experience in project management.
